A heartfelt story of an old and wise forest…

There is a very old forest that’s  been living on precious mother earth for a long long time. The ancient and wise trees have survived through thousands of years. They are tall, wide and strong. When standing amongst them you feel small, but still welcomed. Like they are protecting you in some way. Like the leaves whispers ‘you are safe and secure’  The roots under the ground supporting you.

There is a reason why all the trees in this particular forest have been thriving through decades, through centuries…When one tree is in need of nutrients, trees from thousands of miles away can sense its needs, and the trees in some mysterious way communicate with each other…Some say it’s through the roots, other say it’s through the air. Maybe it’s both. Maybe it’s neither…but still they speak to each other…they understand each other…they have compassion for each other…They care for one another…So the trees in need always gets support from other trees…they just know that they need to take care of each other…So that they thrive and grow together..together as they are one…As in some way the wise old trees have found the secret of living…The secret of surviving, loving, caring and thriving..together as one…Or maybe they are just trees, doing what trees do..

Would it be good to form a deeper connection with mother earth and father heaven now?

Then I would like to suggest to you now to follow these steps:

Take both of your hands to your heart, one upon the other….Imagine yourself being an old wise tree. Your roots go way down into mother earth…She supports you…Loves you…Deeeply…And even deeper than that….Father heaven supporting you with oxygen and sunlight. Take a few deep breaths now as you really go deep into this thought…Imagine it…Sense it….Feel it….

Start now to imagine that you are just pouring out love and compassion out through your roots and into the earth and that energy finds its way to all the other trees that needs love and compassion. Really get a sense of sending that energy to those who need it. Maybe someone comes to mind…if not just trust and have faith that mother earth knows where your love and compassion needs to go…

Do this as long as you feel it is right for you.

That´s good…Take a few moments now and imagine absorbing all the energy and nutrients that you need to balance yourself now….Image from mother earth and father heaven that you need to balance yourself now….feel it going in to your feet and in on the top of your head….going into your heart…filling it up with love and compassion….

Do this as long as you feel it is right for you. You will get a sense of when you are «balanced».

Repeat this process when you wish to connect to nature, when you need healing, when you want to send love and compassion to someone, when you want love and compassion, or use it as a good way to energize or a simple but yet powerful meditation technique.
